What Creative Labs builds for you
Branding isnโt a logo. It is a complete system of communication that allows your audience to know who you are and why they should trust you without even hearing a word from you.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Before we decide what your brand should look like, we need to establish its positioning, audience, tone, and place within the marketplace.
Visual Identity Design
From your brandโs logo through to its colour palette, typography, and complete visual language โ developed as an integrated system, not piecemeal.
Brand Guidelines & Standards
The detailed guide to communicating your brand that your team, vendor partners and stakeholders all use to maintain consistency.
Brand Messaging & Tone of Voice
The tagline you use, your value propositions, and the way you talk about your brand as if itโs not a generic message but a truly unique one.

Popular questions
Every time before any branding project commences, similar questions always come up. Below, we will address these concerns in layman’s terms and without using any of the agency speak to help you understand what it means to work with Creative Labs.
Do you work with businesses that already have branding but want it refined?
Yes, this happens quite frequently, as it is one of the most common briefs that we get at our agency. In case there is a preexisting logo or other brand elements but there is no systematic approach to the overall image of your brand, we will work with what we have. If, however, the base needs to be changed, we will make sure that you do not lose your equity and move ahead successfully.
Where does branding end and logo design begin?
Logo is a part of brand identity. Branding is much broader and involves creating an entire branding system โ including strategies, visual identity, message, tone of voice, and guidelines, which will ensure that your logo fits into the big picture.
How long does a full branding project take?
It really depends on how far-ranging the project is. A complete branding system with guidelines usually takes four to six weeks from start to finish. Branding efforts that incorporate strategy, messaging, and comprehensive templates can take even longer. We establish the precise timeline up front so we know what to expect.
Can Creative Labs handle branding and then apply it across our marketing materials?
Yes, and thatโs where the true power lies in the process. Having the same team develop the brand system and design all your social media posts, decks, and marketing collateral means things stay consistent, not to mention that we donโt have to brief a new agency every time we get a new job.
What do you need from us before branding begins?
An overview of your company, target market, and branding vision. Existing design assets if available, along with references for what inspires you and what doesnโt. We will send a branding questionnaire once we know that weโll be working together โ the more candid your responses, the better the outcome.
